You represent that your submitted content does not infringe on any third party's rights and complies with these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Fakir AI Academy teaches the use of artificial intelligence tools in filmmaking. Course examples may include AI-generated images, videos, voices, or other media for educational and demonstrative purposes only. Any AI representations that reference real individuals are fan-made tributes, not intended to deceive, monetize, or misrepresent, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by those individuals.

7. Payments and Refunds

Paid courses and services on Fakir AI Academy are billed at the prices displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where expressly stated in a specific course's refund policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
